Is there a minimum company size to use Digit Keeper’s services?

Nope! Whether you’re a sole proprietor or have a staff of 50+, we can help you manage your books.

I don’t know what service level I need. Will that be a problem?

If you aren’t sure what you need, don’t worry. During the setup, we’ll get to know you and your business to tailor our services to you.

I don’t have QuickBooks Online or any of your other integrated apps. Will I be charged for those?

Good news! Every app and software platform we use is included as part of our monthly service at no extra cost to you.

If I decide not to continue working with Digit Keeper, what happens to my bookkeeping records and data?

If you decide to part ways with us, we’ll transfer all records and data back to you via secure digital encryption. You’ll be able to continue the work on your own or transfer it to another bookkeeper.

 

Do you ever have access to my bank accounts?

Never ever. While we review your bank statements to reconcile your accounts, we never have access to your passwords.
